Here are answers to the frequently asked questions we have received from customers.

Q: Should I be concerned about COVID with my package?
A:  According to the CDC, there is no evidence to suggest that coronavirus has been transmitted through imported goods and packages. While the virus is transmitted person-to-person through respiratory droplets from coughs or sneezes, they generally don’t survive for long on surfaces. A recent study from UCLA suggests that the virus can survive for up to 24 hours on cardboard and up to two or three days on plastic and stainless steel. This means there is a very low risk of COVID-19 spreading from products or packaging that have been shipped over days or weeks at ambient temperatures.

Q: Why is your shipping time 30+ days?
A: As a small company we do not have the buying power with manufacturers that allow larger companies to get expedited service.

Additionally, With many manufacturing and logistics facilities restricted or shut temporarily, we recommend you prepare for delays. It is a good idea to check with us, but we are assuming that your items will not be shipped promptly. Even if we process your order quickly and our manufacturers ship your product quickly, disruptions to domestic shipping could still cause delays. 

Many European countries and China have gone into lockdown, including Italy and Spain, which means many workplaces have been closed, including warehouses. We are regularly checking in with suppliers to see if orders can still be received and fulfilled. It is a challenging time.

Q: I received my product in 3-5 days. Is this really the product I ordered?
A: Our customers have received their products within as few as 3-5 days but then other times arrival takes 60 days. On average products arrive around 30 business days, in addition to any holidays and accounting for 1-3 business days to process orders. If you are ever unsure if you received the correct product, please contact us.

Q: Where will my product be shipped from?
A: Your product will ship direct from manufacturer. Our products are manufactured in India, Turkey, China, and the United States.

Q: What if my product doesn't arrive within the 30 days?
A: Please Contact Us immediately to let us know. We will look into the order for you. The sooner we hear from you the more likely we can find a solution.

Q: What if I get a product I didn't order?
A: Again, please Contact Us immediately. The sooner we hear from you the more likely we can resolve an issue like this.

Q: Do you make all of your own products?
A: No.

Q: Are you interested in working with independent producers?
